Westies are back.
Every Saturday at the Lake.

With the easing of the lockdown restrictions and the filing of our new Covid Safety Plan with the Council, Westies have been given the approval to resume our events and activities from this Saturday.

This approval comes with conditions that MUST be strictly adhered to, including:

During October and November
1.  On all occasions attendees 16 years and over MUST be double vaccinated unless medically exempted.

2.  Every attendee must register their presence by using the QR code or signing the traceability register. On event days, those participating in handicaps will have their attendance recorded via their timing chip. If using the QR code, the check-in should be sighted by our designated volunteer.

3.  Every attendee MUST provide proof of their vaccination status or exemption approval.

4.  Every attendee should be mindful of and practise safe distancing from each other.

5.  Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

6.  Access to the clubhouse is restricted to members doing set-up or pack-away, and they must be mindful of the 'indoors 4sq m rule'.

So, we are back at the Lake this Saturday. 

It is a non-event day. We will have the 3.5k and a 5k course marked. Come and have a run.

We will have a table set up for QR coding or registering, and checking for proof of vaccination.

Our handicaps and 5k events will resume in November.
