Hi Westies,
Let's continue with our virtual runs with a 10km virtual run in place of our regular handicap runs.
Taking part is simple!
Run your best 10km recording it on your GPS watch or the Strava App on your phone. You can even run it on a treadmill if you like!
Then send a photo of your watch time, or a link to your Strava run along with a selfie to virtualrun@westiesjoggers.com
