Another great morning at the Lake with our ladies dominating the headlines.

Kath Dell’Orefice was our trophy winner reaping the benefits of her intense work ethic over recent months ... and to quote Kath: “my first trophy ever”. Also putting in the big efforts were Brianna Lee (a junior) and Sandra Riches joining Kath on the podium. All ladies produced their course pbs. All up we had 30 pbs, and this was the third event on the new course.

Kayley Sommer lowered the female ‘open’ and ‘junior’ course record for the second month running, this go by 3 seconds.

Sophie Trinh lowered the 16-18 age record that was held by her sister Emma, by one second. And in doing so, also beat home her brother Nathan by that one second, “which made my weekend”.
